A Letter From Our Founder
For me, heating and air conditioning has never just been about equipment.
“It's about people”
Every home has a family inside it. Every business has employees and customers depending on that building to be comfortable, healthy, and reliable. When someone’s air conditioner quits in the middle of July or their furnace stops working on a freezing Colorado night, they’re not just dealing with a broken machine—they’re trusting someone to solve an important problem.
That's a responsibility I don't take lightly.
When I founded Certified Comfort Heating & Cooling, I made a promise to myself that we would do business differently.
- We would never recommend a repair we wouldn't make in our own home.
- We would never sell equipment simply because it carries a higher price tag.
- And we would always take the time to educate our customers so they can make confident decisions without pressure.
Over the years, I’ve worked in nearly every role this industry has to offer—from installations and service to complex diagnostics and commercial systems. Those experiences taught me that every house is different, every customer has different priorities, and there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution.
That's why we approach every project with a mindset of solving problems, not selling products.
Our team is committed to continual education, investing in better tools, and embracing emerging technologies that help us diagnose issues more accurately, design more efficient systems, and provide an even better customer experience. While our methods continue to evolve, one thing never changes: real people will always be at the heart of what we do. Technology should support better service—not replace honest conversations, craftsmanship, and accountability.
If we recommend replacing a system, you'll understand exactly why.
If a repair makes more sense, we'll tell you that too.
If there are multiple options, we'll explain the pros and cons of each so you can choose what's best for your family, your home, and your budget.
I also believe that our work doesn’t end when the installation is complete. We stand behind what we install, take pride in doing things correctly the first time, and continue to be a resource long after the job is finished.
At the end of the day, my goal isn't to build the biggest HVAC company in Colorado.
It’s to build one that earns a reputation for honesty, quality craftsmanship, and treating every customer the way I’d want my own family to be treated.
If you’ve found your way here, thank you for considering Certified Comfort. I hope we have the opportunity to earn your trust.
